Pending Apartment Building Construction Contract 003

Pursuant to the 'Housing Assistance Act of 2025' the Government will be providing special contracts for the construction of Apartment buildings.

"Section 3 - Residence Construction Grants:
(1) In the event that there are no residences available the Government will create a special grant to be made payable to the construction company which pledges to build the most affordable residences for the least amount of money, the Government will then provide the funds to build these residences with the company in question gaining the profits from the rent.
(i) The construction company cannot raise the rents on the residences they construct for 6 months.
(2) The Congress may at anytime establish a subcommittee to oversee the details of this program."
Bids will begin on a 24 hour window, individuals may put forward a bid stating the full cost of the project (including land prices and all construction costs), details of plans, however many apartments will be built (8 minimum), photos of what the project would look like, and a time frame in which the project will be complete.

(Please note, this is an urgent project and so the apartment building must be fully built 24 hours after the bid is won)

Description
DouCo plans to construct an affordable and attractive apartment block that will be able to house 24 apartments, perfect for the new cities needs. The apartment block will be built in the style in the image provided. Each apartment will have its own balcony looking into the city with 4 apartments per floor for a total of 7 floors (Total height of 50 blocks)

The location of the Project is right next to a bus stop and just a small walk away from the pier making it a great part of the city.

The bottom floor of the Apartment block will have a large DouCo Buy & Sell Store taking up half the floor space, the other half of the floorspace will house some basic amenity areas for residence. There will be a basement area in the Apartment block with laundry, gym, and meeting rooms.
