Section 1 - Short Title:

(1) This bill may be cited as the “Business, Organization, and Non-Profit Establishment MK II Act of 2025“ or “B.O.N.E. MK II Act of 2025”

Section 2: Business/Organization/Non-Profit Establishment MK II Act Requirements:

(1) All businesses, organizations, or non-profits must operate from a designated office or headquarters space to be officially recognized by the Government and have access to Government Business Grants.
(2) Sole Traders do not need to follow this regulation.
(3) The B.O.N.E Act of 2025 will be repealed from law.

Section 3: Office/Headquarters

(1) An designated space will be considered an Office/Headquarters if a company works or shows a function room of that area.
(2) The Office/Headquarters must be of a reasonable size and be a self enclosed space with walls, a floor and a ceiling. Office/Headquarters may also have attachment building for storage and workshop areas
(3) Each office or headquarters can have no more than two officially registered business, organization, or non-profit operating from the same premise.
(4) In exemption to subsection 3, An Office/Headquarters as a function to operate as a rentable building for floor space will be exempt from the operational businesses registered in one premise.

Section 4 - Business/Organization/Non-Profit Registration:

(1) The establishment of a business, organization, or non-profit requires at least 1 founder to be registered by the Government. This will be handled by the Department of the Treasury.
(2) The Government will maintain a list of all registered businesses, organizations, or non-profits.
(3) The DoT has the authority to handle business, organization, or non-profit and will provide the policy for easy applications.
(4) The Government will perform regular audits to ensure that businesses, organizations, or non-profits are still operating and information is correct in the lead up to a tax period.

Section 5 - Businesses:

(1) A Business is defined as a privately or jointly owned entity that engages in commercial, industrial, or professional activity with the intent to generate profit.
(2) Businesses may trade goods, offer services, operate stores, and hire employees, provided they comply with all relevant laws.


Section 6 - Organizations:

(1) An Organization is defined as a structured group of individuals formed to pursue a shared goal or function that is not primarily commercial or charitable in nature. Examples include political parties, election campaigns, unions, guilds, cultural clubs, or social groups.
(2) Organizations may collect membership dues, hold events, and lobby the government but may not generate profit through trade or commercial services.


Section 7 - Non-Profits:

(1) A Non-Profit is defined as an organization formed for charitable, educational, cultural, or humanitarian purposes, and which does not distribute profits to its members or founders.
(2) Non-profits may receive donations, grants, or limited revenue from goods/services, but all income must be reinvested into the mission of the organization.



Section 8 - Sole Traders:

(1) A Sole Trader is someone who operates and provides a service without a business registration.
