Establish Contract Procedures
In The House of Representatives of the Republic of Andorn

Section 1 - Short Title:
(1) This bill may be cited as the “Contract Establishment Act of 2025“
Section 2 - Contracts:
(1) A contract, for the purposes of this Act, is defined as a written agreement voluntarily entered into by two or more parties that outlines obligations, responsibilities, and expectations enforceable by law.
(2) Only written, signed, contracts will be recognized as legally binding under the laws of the Republic of Andorn. Oral agreements or verbal contracts shall hold no legal standing unless supported by a written and signed counterpart.
(3) Upon violation of a contract either party may raise the issue in court, asking a judge to enforce the terms of the contract or where it is not enforceable to apply penalties.
Section 3 - Contract Requirements
(1) For a contract to be legally valid and enforceable, it must contain the following:
(i) The names of all parties involved,
(ii) A clearly defined subject matter,
(iii) Mutual obligations and terms,
(iv) Signatures of all involved parties,
(v) Date of agreement execution.
(2) All contracts must be reviewed and signed by a licensed and registered Lawyer of the Republic of Andorn to be considered valid in court. Contracts that fail to meet these requirements shall be considered void or voidable and may not be enforced by the judiciary.
