Executive Order
Creation of the Office of the President of the Republic of Andorn

I, President SumoMC, hereby enact the following order:

This Executive order hereby establishes the Office of the President of the Republic of Andorn, OTPRA for short. This Office shall be headed by the Chief of Staff to the President. The following offices and positions will be under the Office of the President:

• Chief of Staff to the President​
• Deputy Chief of Staff​
• Press Secretary​
• Special Advisor​
• Office of Personnel Management​
• Office of Executive Communications​
• Office of Executive Legal Affairs​

The Office of Personnel Management

This office shall be the Human Resources department of the Executive Branch of government, the Director of OPM shall head this office with their own staff. This office shall handle payroll, background checks, process hiring/firing orders, and record keeping for the executive branch. They shall do any other duties prescribed by the Chief of Staff or the President.

Office of Executive Communications

The Office of Executive Communications shall be the department responsible for all media and press releases that is released by the executive, the office will be headed by the Communications Director and shall have a staff consisting of the Press Secretary, Speech Writers and Researchers. All media shall come through this office, the OEC will liaison with the Department of Public Relations on all maters relating to the ACTV.


Office of Executive Legal Affairs

The Office of the Executive Legal Affairs shall be the council for the executive branch, including the President, Vice President and Secretary's. This office shall be headed buy the Chief Legal Councilor to the Executive. This office will defend the President, Vice President and Secretary's should they be sued in a personal capacity or in a official capacity by the Government.
