Executive Order 06/25
Specialized Districts

By the Power invested in me by the Constitution and by the people of the Republic, I, President SumoMC of the Republic of Andorn, hereby enact the following Executive Order:​

To bring more clarity to the people on special regulations for certain plots, such as Farm Plots, Central Business District Plots and Capital District Plots. Failure to comply with any of the guidance in this executive order shall subject the plot(s) to eviction based on DOJ and DOD guidance

Central Business District

1. Plots CBD-001 through CBD-040 are hereby designated plots belonging the the Central Business District classification​
2. No player shall own more than 2 of these plots at any given time​
3. The height limit for these plots shall not exceed 35 blocks from the lowest point of the plot to the highest point of the build​
4. At no point should these plots be used as Residential areas such as Apartments or primary residences​

Capital District Plots

1. r-001 through r-039 are hereby designated as plots belonging to the Capital District classification​
2. The height limit for these plots shall not exceed 25 blocks from the lowest point of the plot to the highest point of the build​

Farm District Plots

1. f-001 though f-012 are hereby designated as plots belonging to the Farming District classification
2. No player shall own more than 1 of these plots at any given time​
3. At not point should these plots be used for anything other than farming with the exception of animal breeding​
4. No builds are permitted on these plots other than a barn and storage area, and it may not exceed a high of 20 blocks from the lowest point of the plot to the highest point of the build​
