Section 1:
Short Title:
This bill may be cited as the “FL Act 2025 “
Section 2: Reasoning
(1) There is nothing to protect against frivolous lawsuits.
Section 3. Frivolous Lawsuit
(1) If a Judicial Officer deems that a court case is frivolous in nature, it shall be dismissed and the attorney representing the plaintiff shall be punished with the following:
First Offense: 200kr fine.
Second Offense: 500kr fine, 5 minutes of jail time.
Third Offense: 1000kr fine, 10 minutes of jail time.
By submitting this bill to the House of Representatives, I hereby swear it is in good faith and in the best interest of the nation, the people I serve and my oath of office.
