JURISDICTION, VENUE, & ADMINISTRATIVE PREREQUISITES
1. The Government has taken steps to break the constitution and illegally change a special election in order to serve the political interest of the President and Secretary of State.
2. We ask the court to place an emergency injunction on the government from taking unconstitutional actions regarding the recent elections and to reinstall Antoinette as senator elect until such a matter is resolved. The President of Andorn has publicly slandered the President Elect numerous times claiming that he has rigged the recent elections. The President has been taking numerous actions to overturn results of these elections and it risks doing irreparable damage to the nation.
THE PARTIES

FACTUAL BACKGROUND
1. The Department of State disqualified voters who met the requirements under law at the time of the election.
2. The Department of state then proceeded to deduct the official vote tally in order to push another candidate from the same party of the President and Secretary of State
3. The President and Secretary of State actions violate the constitution and break the natural order of law.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
1. The constitution does state "We the People of The Republic of Andorn..." but fails in any part or section to state what a citizen is and defined as within law. The Department of State cannot interpret the constitution and define terminology.
2. The Constitution does define powers of the Department of State which is the following; “The Department of State shall be vested with the power to administer our national and local elections…” This gives the power to handle and administer the elections rules, guidelines and regulations for any and all elections that they conduct.
3. The Election set and conducted had its set guidelines for the election which all could follow in order to participate as a candidate or voter. This requirement “Have a valid forums account” was the only defined regulation for running and voting within the election.
4. All voters have been counted and verified having an account that meets the criteria for running or voting. The State Department, at the direction of the President, took illegal action using new laws on an election that had already been concluded. No laws exist other than those already stated and after a rushed push of laws to implement new regulations then to be used on an already conducted election. This sets a dangerous precedent to which can be abused in order to fit the agenda of any politician in power
5. The action that has been taken elevates MegaMinerM to the position of Senator-Elect and if not stopped, would cause a constitutional crisis in Stratham which would result in him either resigning from his senate seat and only acting a s proxy tro fit a political agenda.
6. The only established crimes deemed as Corruption & Treason Offenses provides us with; “The act of betraying the Republic of Andorn through violent rebellion, aiding foreign enemies, or conspiring to overthrow the government or its constitutional institutions.”
With the action taken by the Secretary of State at the command of the President to use measures which deliberately go against the democracy of Andorn in a pursuit of political power gain we ask the court to refer this case to the Attorney General

THEREFORE, Plaintiff demands, The Reinstatement of Antoinette until the clarity of thai lawsuit and following The established crimes Deemed as Corruption & Treason Offenses provides us with; “The act of betraying the Republic of Andorn through violent rebellion, aiding foreign enemies, or conspiring to overthrow the government or its constitutional institutions.”
With the actions taken by the Secretary of State at the command of the President, to use measures which deliberately go against the democracy of Andorn in a pursuit of political power gian we ask the court to refer this case to the Attorney General
