Speaker Maxterpiece and Representative Aladeen in agreeance with this bills contents, hereby recommend this bill to the House for their consideration​

Section 1 - Short Title:
(1) This bill may be cited as the “Citizen Auditor Act of 2025“

Section 2 -Citizen Auditors:
(1) The position of Citizen Auditor is hereby created as a voluntary civic role available to all citizens of the Republic of Andorn. Citizen Auditors shall be empowered to identify and report non-compliance with existing government laws, rules, and regulations.
(2)Citizen Auditors must submit all reports to the Government, with the following responsibilities delegated by the Head of Government to a Department of their choosing.
(3) Any malicious, knowingly false, or bad-faith report may result in the revocation of the future opportunity to submit reports as a Citizen Auditor.
(4) Upon confirmation that a report by a Citizen Auditor is valid and leads to enforcement action or rectification, the Auditor shall receive a $100 payment per report. This amount shall be fined to the entity or individual found to be in violation of the law or regulation in question.
(5) In cases where a Citizen Auditor uncovers evidence that leads directly to the successful conviction of a crime, the Auditor shall be eligible for a finder’s fee, set by the presiding judge or relevant authority. The finder’s fee shall be proportional to the severity of the crime and the quality of the evidence provided, but may not exceed $10,000 per case.
