Establish Crimes Deemed as Corruption & Treason Offenses

Speaker Maxterpiece and Representative Aladeen in agreeance with this bills contents, hereby recommend this bill to the House for their consideration​

Section 1 - Short Title:
(1) This bill may be cited as the “Corruption & Treason Offenses Act of 2025“

Section 2 - Corruption & Treason Offenses:
(1) The following offenses will be established as crimes, as per the Andornian Criminal Code:
(2) Corruption
(i) Classification: Indictable Class A Offense
Special Provisions: This crime is eligible for Disenfranchisement
The abuse of public office or entrusted power for personal gain, including, but not limited to, accepting bribes, embezzlement, or unlawful influence.
(3) Treason
(i) Classification: Indictable Class A Offense
Special Provisions: This crime is eligible for Disenfranchisement
The act of betraying the Republic of Andorn through violent rebellion, aiding foreign enemies, or conspiring to overthrow the government or its constitutional institutions.
