By the Power invested in me by the Constitution and by the people of the Republic, I, President The_Donuticus of the Republic of Andorn, hereby enact the following Executive Order:
Farming Regulations
By the Power invested in me by the Constitution and by the people of the Republic, I, President The_Donuticus of the Republic of Andorn, hereby enact the following Executive Order:
Establish Farming Regulation.
In order to protect the natural beauty of the countryside, I am hereby empowering the Department of Environmental Services to have full authority over Farm District Plots (As outlined in Executive Order 06/25: Plot Classifications) The DOES will have the authority to establish by-laws that will be posted on the DOES Forum page outlining the rules to be followed for farm plots. Furthermore the DOES will have the power to levy fines, up to $200 per instance (in a 24 hours period) of non-compliance, for individuals in violation of the law surrounding farm plots.
