---Section 1: Short Title:
1.) This bill may be cited as the “National Taxation Bill of 2025.”

---Section 2: Establishment of Tax Structure
1.) Balance Tax Rates:
- The national income tax shall be categorized into brackets as follows:
- 0% for balances up to $20,000
- 1% for balances between $20,001 - $50,000
- 4% for balances between $50,001 - $100,000
- 8% for balances above $100,000
- The corporate tax rate shall be fixed at 10% for all businesses, with deductions available for qualifying investments in infrastructure and research and development.
- A national sales tax of 5% shall be imposed on all goods and services
with the exception of essential items, such as food and medical supplies, which shall remain exempt from sales tax.(Due to the limitations of the plugin, this is removed)
1.) All revenue generated from taxation shall be allocated as follows:
- taxes will be allocated by the Congress in the months budgetary bill
1.) The Department of Justice on the advice of he Department of the Treasury shall be responsible for the collection and enforcement of taxes outlined in this bill.

1.) This bill may be amended as necessary by the House of Representatives in the future to reflect changes in the national economy or emerging fiscal needs.
