Representative Ryan_88 and Senators Poemhunter in agreeance with this bills contents, hereby recommend this bill to the House for their consideration

Section 1 - Short Title: PPGA

This bill may be cited as the “ PPGA Act of 2025“

Section 2: Reasoning
1.) To ensure good structural guidelines are in place and ensure political parties practice and operate correctly and in good faith.


Section 3. Party Creation

For anyone seeking to make a political party they need to follow the rules below;

  • Must have 5 founding Members
  • Must have a clear party structure
The Department of State is the sole authority in accepting or denying application. All current parties will be Grandfathered in.

Section 4. Internal Party Guidelines

All political parties must ensure these rules are abided by and followed;


1.) There must be clear communication sections for both members and non members

1A.) There must be a clear registration section for any citizen to apply for membership. Only upon application can someone be accepted and listed as a member.

1B.) Members can resign the party membership but must inform party leadership

2.) Public accessible area to view policy and party ideology

3.) The political party must have a clear leadership structure

Section 5. Political advocacy and membership engagement

Guidance on elections for members of political parties;

1.) If a player is a member of a political party and seeks to run in any election they must state as a candidate that they are a member of a political party.

2.) The leadership of the party is responsible for candidates put forward in a election

3.) Elected players may switch parties but must make a public statement

Section 6. Punishments for breaches

1.) Failure to correctly identify party affiliation will result in a 1,000 Dollar fine

2.) Failure to notify public of switching parties in public office will result in a 500 Dollar fine

3.) Parties adding players to membership or party roles without membership application will result in a 5,000 Dollar fine
